Michigan Tech Apartments – Daniell Heights (families and older students)
Apartments are available for rent to married graduate and undergraduate
students, single parents and to students who have senior status or are 21
years of age. Student Group Apartment Housing is also available to all
unmarried students living in groups that have earned more than 30 credits.
You can choose from one, two, or three bedroom apartments which include
stove, refrigerator, armchair, desk, dining table and chairs, bed, dresser with
mirror, end table, sleeper sofa and window blinds. It is important that you
make housing arrangements for Daniell Heights Apartments in advance of
your arrival. Submit your apartment application as soon as possible;
these apartments fill-up quickly.
Note: You will be required to sign a contract. You should be familiar with
your contract. All Daniell Heights' contracts are legally binding documents made between you and the
University. By signing your contract, you agree to its terms. Once you have signed, you may not be released
from your obligations. Therefore it's in your best interest to know what you've signed.
The Michigan Tech Apartments offer a "linen" packet (towels, bedding, and pillows) that can be rented for up to one
week. The cost for each packet is $7, which will be added to your student account. For your convenience, the
Michigan Tech Apartment office offers items you can purchase: baby diapers, bar soap, paper-towels, toothpaste, etc.

Apartment check-in is done through the reception desk, office hours are 8:00 AM—5:00 PM Monday through Friday. If
you arrive during the locked hours you must pick up your apartment key from Public Safety at 906-487-2216.
